Privacy policy
ZO Transformations (“ZO”, “we”) provides personal training and coaching in Dubai, Sharjah and online. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, phone / WhatsApp number, email and area.
- Booking details — the service, goal, preferred date and time, and any notes you add.
- Fitness and health information you choose to share for your programme — for example measurements, body composition results, injuries, and progress photos.
- Planner answers (age, height, weight, goal) — these are used in your browser to calculate your plan and are only sent to us if you choose to share them.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your consultation and sessions.
- To design, deliver and adjust your training and nutrition programme.
- To track your progress in our coaching app.
- To send you information about your package or our services — you can ask us to stop at any time.
Photos and videos
Progress photos and videos are private by default. We only publish them — on this website or on social media — with your explicit permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the people and services needed to coach you: your ZO coach, the nutritionist or physiotherapist supporting your plan, our coaching app provider, our website host, WhatsApp for messaging, and payment providers such as Tabby if you use train now, pay later.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months and client records for as long as you train with us plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your data earlier.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or stop receiving messages from us, by emailing zohaibalammp21@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
Cookies and analytics
This website stores a small amount of information in your browser to show your booking summary after you submit a request. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy.
